🍕 30-Minute Homemade Pizza Recipe

1. Preheat your oven.
Set it to 230°C (450°F) and let it heat while you prep everything. If you’re using a baking tray, place it inside the oven so it gets hot too — it’ll help the crust crisp up nicely.
2. Make the dough.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt. Pour in the warm water and olive oil. Mix it until it forms a soft dough — you can use your hands or a spoon. No need to knead for long — just until smooth (about 3-4 minutes).
3. Roll it out.
Lightly flour your surface. Roll the dough out into a 10–12 inch circle or oval. Don’t worry about perfect edges — rustic looks better!
4. Assemble the pizza.
Place the rolled dough on parchment paper. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the base, sprinkle mozzarella, and load up your toppings. Finish with a sprinkle of Italian seasoning.
5. Bake it.
Carefully slide the parchment (with the pizza) onto the preheated tray in the oven. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the crust is golden.
6. Garnish and serve.
Top with fresh basil, chili flakes, or a drizzle of olive oil. Slice and enjoy immediately!
